By accessing or using See Through Till, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the experience.

See Through Till is an immersive educational experience created by Hello Ambi, LLC to help children and families discover, remember, and preserve the story of Emmett Till. The experience includes interactive narratives, mural-inspired artwork, community contributions, and guided learning journeys.

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Use the experience only for its intended educational and commemorative purposes.
• Do not post harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or violent content in community areas.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

When you submit reflections, messages, or other content to community areas, you grant Hello Ambi, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share that content within the experience. You retain ownership of your original contributions. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or the spirit of the experience.

All original mural artwork, animations, narrative copy, interactive design, and branding are the property of Hello Ambi, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Historical photographs, documents, and artifacts referenced remain the property of their respective archives and rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.

This experience reflects historical events that include racial violence. Content is intended for guided learning and commemoration. Caregivers and educators are encouraged to accompany younger children through the journey. While we strive for historical accuracy, the experience includes artistic interpretation that should not be treated as a substitute for scholarly research or primary historical archives.

Portions of See Through Till — including mural imagery, animations, narrative framing, and supporting copy — were created or assisted by generative AI tools under human curation by Hello Ambi, LLC. AI-generated descriptions, artwork, and atmospheric details are offered as artistic tributes and educational scaffolding, not as primary historical record.

The experience is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hello Ambi, LLC does not guarantee that the experience will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Ambi, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the experience.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the experience at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the experience.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Your continued use of the experience after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
